Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive credit toward a future booking.

Deposits are non refundable.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your event,the deposit will be forfeited.

Weather Policy

In case of rain or bad weather, your booking can be rescheduled based on availability. 

Changes to your order

Any changes to your order(date,time,or location) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

 HTX Rent-A-Party reserves the right to cancel or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or unexpected conditions always prioritizing client safety.
