Yes — delivery is charged separately based on your location. We service Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Fulshear, and surrounding areas.

No, we currently don’t service parks for safety and logistics reasons. We can deliver to homes and venues, and there’s a $39 handling fee for venue deliveries.

We accept  all major credit and debit card payments through our booking link.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be credited toward a future booking if canceled 7+ days in advance.

Most rentals are full-day rental.

You can reschedule your booking if weather conditions prevent setup.

We’ll apply your deposit toward your new date, based on availability.

Our team delivers and picks up all rental items. We set up inflatables, tents, and machines, but tables and chairs are delivery-only (we leave them neatly stacked at drop-off and pick them up after your event).If you’d like us to set up the tables and chairs, setup service is available for an additional $1 per chair upon request.
